The park is located in the city, on a small hill (498 meters above sea level), from which there are beautiful views. There are specially prepared paths leading to the top, with amenities such as stairs and handrails. The walk from the center of Piwniczna is not long, although you have to be prepared to climb a certain height.

The park is covered with mixed trees and is located within the Poprad Landscape Park. There is a historical exhibition at the top with partially reconstructed trenches from the Second World War. Life-size models of soldiers emerging from among the trees make a great impression. For those interested in the history of the war in this region, boards with basic information and curiosities have been set up. In addition, on the hill you will find a playground, a gazebo, a barbecue area, a playground and an outdoor gym, a health path, as well as a 4-meter observation tower, from which there are views of Piwniczna-Zdrój, the Poprad Valley and the surrounding mountains. In the second part of the park, you can see slightly different views from the steel viewing platform located on the rock outcrop. In its vicinity there is also a path with chains, with a slightly higher degree of difficulty, intended for more demanding tourists.

A quest was also conducted in the park, thanks to which, in an interesting way, you can see the most important places and attractions of this area, and learn about its history. The quest can be picked up at the Municipal and Communal Cultural Center in Piwniczna-Zdrój (Rynek 11) or downloaded from the “Skarby Górali” application.
