The Poprad Valley is one of the most beautiful river valleys in Poland. The mountain river meanders between small towns, creating extraordinary landscapes of the Poprad Landscape Park. One of the most interesting ways to actively explore the area is rafting down the Poprad River. It is a great attraction for lovers of active leisure, both small and large. The level of difficulty of the described route is moderate, so the organizers of the trip recommend it also to people without much experience and to children. Despite the fact that Poprad is a mountain river, it is safe in the described section of the trip.
An interesting route leads from Muszyna to Żegiestów - it is 10 km long and takes about 2 hours to complete. More demanding people can choose longer routes, for example from Leluchów to Żegiestów. It is recommended for the family and a larger group to sail it on a safe rafting raft (almost completely stable), there are also 2-person pontoons and kayaks available. Each rafting trip is preceded by a mini-training with a qualified instructor.
