The investment includes the construction of the Conference Center on the basis of the existing facilities belonging to Uzdrowisko Krynica-ŻegiestówSA, ie Stare Łazienki Mud, Stare Łazienki Mineralne, Old boiler house, part of the current mineral and medicinal water bottling plant. Construction of a multi-storey car park on communal plots located in the immediate vicinity of the planned Conference Center. The Conference Center will include plenary and panel rooms with facilities for organizing congress and exhibition events. The complement to the planned Conference Center is the existing facilities in the form of the Main Pump Room, which can accommodate an audience for approx. 1000 people seated and the buildings of the Old and New Spa House.
Creating a place where it will be possible to organize conference events and expand the accommodation network.
An initial planning stage is currently underway. At this stage, there are no administrative decisions and detailed technical documentation yet.
The planned project will fulfill the demand for creating a conference space. Krynica-Zdrój does not have conference facilities for the organization of events for several thousand participants, which is particularly visible during the organization of the Economic Forum. For almost 30 years of this event, it has not been possible to ensure appropriate conditions for the organization of an event of this type and size. The establishment of the Conference Center will be a development impulse for the commune and the region through wide openness to business tourism.
Insufficiently developed conference, training and exhibition base. No infrastructure to organize large conferences.
As part of the investment, a conference and training building will be built, which will enable the organization of large conference events, fairs and training courses. This, in turn, will translate into the number of visitors to Krynica-Zdrój, and, as a result, using the accommodation and catering facilities.

Lack of sufficient funds to finance a car park on communal plots from the budget of the Commune, no technical design, facilities intended for the Conference Center are the property of UKŻ SA and no binding party to the contract, e.g. for joint implementation, no appointed entity that will be the operator.
