CHARACTERISTICS OF THE DESIRED PRODUCTS AND TOURIST SERVICES

Plans to improve the tourist infrastructure in the commune are as follows:

• observation tower in Wysowa-Zdrój,
• replacement of marking of existing walking paths,
• creating infrastructure for cyclists and purchase of bike stands for bicycles, bicycle rental network,
• skate-park in the spa park in Wysowa-Zdrój,
• ski station in Wysowa-Zdrój,
• expansion of the amphitheater in the spa park in Wysowa-Zdrój,
• creating an open-air cinema in the spa park,
• publicly accessible focal point,
• places of active recreation near the border with Slovakia,
• sensory garden,
• construction of an entertainment hall in Wysowa-Zdrój,
• museum of mineral water bottling,
• art gallery,
• construction of a mini spa brewery in Wysowa-Zdrój,
• horse paths,
• modernization of the fountain in the spa park.

In the Uście Gorlickie Commune, modernization of the swimming pool and the spa park in Wysowa-Zdrój is planned. The project will involve the development of a new part of the park, additional planting of trees and shrubs and flowers, the construction of playgrounds for children, places to rest, and the organization of an external zone by the existing pool (mini-beach, sun loungers, mini-pool for children, etc.) and modernization of the existing one swimming pool, thematic paths, graduation tower, etc. The estimated value of the project is approximately PLN 8,000,000.00. The new functions that would be fulfilled by the new investment are primarily the recreational and leisure function for families with children and seniors.

The scope of the planned tourist and tourism-related services includes the possibility of practicing water sports, recreation for families, patients and tourists, because there is a demand for water sports in the commune. Currently, however, the commune is not able to provide such a number of services in this area to meet the needs of residents and tourists, therefore the investment is significant from the commune's perspective. The park with the mineral water pump room and swimming pool is one of the greatest attractions of the Wysowa-Zdrój health resort and the commune. Currently, in Wysowa Zdrój there is no operating swimming pool complex of a tourist and recreational nature, while the spa park requires additional investment. The existence of a water facility providing entertainment for tourists and residents, as well as the possibility of practicing water sports, is an important element in the development of tourism in the Commune, therefore it is reasonable to supplement the Commune's pool offer with a recreational and sports swimming pool.

The area where the project may be implemented is Wysowa Zdrój 290 (address of the swimming pool to be modernized) - plots 226/4, 261/3, 223/4, 226/1, 740/2, 225/3; Pump room -224/6; Park - 220/4, 220/5, 224/5, 224/9, 234/17, 219 / 5.224 / 6.

Objects with tourist potential that will be used in the implementation of the project or help to promote the project are bicycle routes, Nordic walking horse trails, wooden architecture trail, World War I trail, spa industry trail, Małopolska culinary trail, spa park with a mineral water pump room, Święta Góra Jawor, Hucul Horse Stud (the largest in Europe). All the indicated attractions of the commune will help to promote the project.

The main barrier limiting the implementation of the planned project is the lack of funds in the Commune's budget.
