The amphitheater is the seat of the Municipal Cultural Center, which is a local government cultural institution that has been operating in Rabka-Zdrój for over 30 years. It conducts multidirectional activities in the field of cultural education, education through art and the promotion of culture. Numerous offers are directed to the inhabitants of the commune, patients, holidaymakers and tourists. Due to the nature of the health resort, the offer addressed to the youngest definitely dominates. MOK is the main organizer of, among others Carpathian Festival of Children's Regional Groups (June) and the co-organizer of many cyclical cultural events taking place in the city. The seat of the Center is the Amphitheater.
During the summer season, the activities of the Municipal Cultural Center are carried out in the amphitheater in the center of the health resort, at ul. Chopin.
