The facility, built in the years 1924-1926, served as a central treatment facility with mineral baths made in copper bathtubs, in which the mineral water was heated by steam supplied from a coal-fired boiler room (now a gas boiler). In the period after World War II, the number of treatment cabins in the building was systematically reduced, and guest rooms were built in their place. In 2000, a kitchen and a dining room were built on the site of the coal-fired boiler room. Currently, the building is completely renovated and serves as a sanatorium and spa hospital with over 160 beds. The building has a beautiful hall with original paintings by the painter Jan Bukowski.
