The construction of the New Spa House was completed in 1939, just before the Second World War. The facility was built according to the design of Witold Mińkiewicz. NDZ is located at the foot of the Parkowa Mountain, in the center of the promenade, on the opposite side of the Old Spa House. After it was built in 1939, it was the most modern building in Krynica. It functions as a spa sanatorium. It has a beautiful hall, dining room, fireplace room, treatment and rehabilitation facilities. It has over 230 beds at its disposal.
