The Greek Catholic parish church of St. Michael the Archangel in Wierchomla Wielka (now a Roman Catholic parish church) was built in 1821. The church, with its triple layout and finials, refers to the Lemko architecture. The polychrome in the Baroque-Classicist tradition was made or restored in 1928. You can admire architectural motifs on the walls, and figurative biblical scenes on the ceilings. The furnishings include: iconostasis from the second half of the In the 19th century, in the presbytery there is a 19th-century altar with a canopy and a tabernacle. The area is surrounded by a stone wall with three out of five preserved chapels.
