In the Zdrojowy Park in Rabka there is an attraction for lovers of skateboarding, roller skating and cycling. It is a modern skate and trial park complex with a track for learning to ride in wheelchairs.
Rabczański skatepark allows you to improve their skills not only for amateurs of roller skating and snowboarding, but also practicing such sports as: trial, bmx, mountain bikes, summer and winter snowboard, park, both professional and amateur. In the skatepark, a surface in the form of a reinforced concrete slab with obstacles was made. In addition to concrete obstacles, ready-made plywood obstacles were installed.
Terrain obstacles were created in the trial park, placed between the existing trees. The trial park area was divided into 3 zones in which various types of obstacles were placed: zone A in which an earth mound, approx. 150 cm high, was built and stones, boulders and rocks were embedded in the ground; zone B with wooden obstacles made of logs and tree trunks linked to boulders; zone C with obstacles using wooden cable reels.
The biggest novelty, unprecedented in this type of centers, is, however, a wheelchair learning track, where victims of fate will be able to improve their skills.
