Set in the northern part of the Market Square, it was built at the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries in the classical style. The tin roof is crowned with a roof, just like in the chapel of St. Florian, cupola with a cross. There is a metal gate with Muszyna's coat of arms in the front wall, and semi-circular glazed windows in the side walls. At the beginning of the 20th century, both chapels served as altars during the celebration of the Feast of Corpus Christi.
